Hi, I’m Morgane.
During the last 10 years, I’ve built my career in Global Mobility — including four years in tech here in Barcelona — helping expatriates and their families relocate around the world.
My expertise covers everything from immigration, tax and social security to international payroll, compensation & benefits and relocation — while supporting team members and their families through the very human side of moving abroad.
But my expertise in relocation isn’t only professional.
Originally from France, I’ve relocated to Barcelona twice myself — first as a couple, then a few years later as a family of four. Same city, two completely different relocation experiences.
Despite knowing relocation inside out professionally, going through several international moves myself gave me a completely different perspective on what it actually feels like to move your life, your home and your family somewhere new.
I’d always wanted to build something of my own, and The Nest Barcelona felt like the natural next step: bringing together everything I know professionally with everything I’ve learned personally to create the relocation experience I would have wanted for myself.
Alongside The Nest, I’m pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, driven by a passion that has been with me for years: people, our differences, the paths we take and everything that shapes who we are.
Because moving abroad is about so much more than relocating. It means leaving familiar ground behind, finding new roots, and turning somewhere new into a place that feels like home.
