WE FIND & SECURE YOUR HOME
I manage your home search from strategy to keys — preparing your rental file, searching the market and working with my network of local real estate agents to find the right opportunities. I coordinate viewings, your application and negotiation, while an in-house lawyer reviews your lease before you sign.
WE TAKE CARE OF THE MOVE-IN DETAILS
Once the keys are yours, I coordinate the practical side of moving in — including utilities, internet, home insurance and any required rental tax formalities (ITP).
WE GET YOUR SPANISH ADMIN SORTED
I guide you through the admin that applies to your situation — from NIE/TIE and empadronamiento to your Social Security number (NUSS), healthcare card (Tarjeta Sanitaria), Spanish bank account, digital certificate and private health insurance — and accompany you in person when appointments require it.
